“The View” season 11 with Whoopi is BORING!!

Posted by rscme on September 6, 2007

The new set background is beige, and so is the new season of “The View”.  The conversation are boring, and the “cat-fights” seem staged and have no meaning or merit.  They are trying too hard to rekindle last years phenomenon.  I love Whoopi, and I am not saying that Rosie was the only person who could liven up that show and present, to America, a viewpoint that they didn’t even consider or know about.  But, I watched almost every show last year and taped it just in case.  Now, I could care less.  I’m sick of Hasselbeck with her unfounded and often contradictory “examples” to support her extreme right wing opinions.  And she continues to over-talk anyone and everyone and frankly I can’t stand to watch it anymore.  I’m so glad I don’t have to worry about missing a show anymore.

Nabisco 100 Calorie Pack Funny Commercial

Posted by rscme on September 4, 2007

There is an absolutely hysterical commercial made by Nabisco to promote their “100 Calorie Packs”.  It involves a group of coworkers sitting around a conference room table where they apparently have recently had lunch.  The dialog starts as they go around the table like this:  “I’m stuffed, I’m starving, I’m bloated, I’m never eating again, I’m regretting that bag of chips I just ate, I just undid the top button on my pants, I’m full, I’m fasting……..”  then they cut to the last woman who says “I’m Susan” and she’s munching on one of their 100 calorie snacks.  It is absolutely hysterical and I tried to find it on YouTube but couldn’t.  Look for it on your local TV.
